Amongst other things, I am very glad I didn't app in my final year. I'd hate myself now. I'm also glad I didn't get through to one of the coveted IIM's. This time, it's not cos of the recession. :) It took me three years to get here but I believe I've learned more doing whatever I do now and will continue learning so.

So all you jobless busybodies who have no life of your own and hence keep poking your nose into my future plans, no I haven't written the CAT since graduation. The IIM's didn't want me in 2007, I didn't want them after 2007.

I'm grateful that my interests are varied yet not fake or pseudo-intellectual and that I am, by definition, extremely snooty. If you have a problem with my interest in German, why do you ask what I do in my free time? Not only is it none of your business, but you also have the nerve to judge me when I say I prefer doing nothing on my weekends than dutifully spouting trekking or pubbing like the next person!

I have no wedding plans just yet. So don't hold your breath, they'll come through if and when they have to. There's way too much to do than getting bogged down in mediocre aspirations. (oh yeah, I am judging your aspirations now!) Like I said earlier, the world's my oyster.

The animal-cooking continues. It is essential that the meat is done through and through.

To conclude on a better note, including the songs on my current playlist:
1. Rewind by Goldspot: I think I like it more because Goldspot also reminds me of the old Goldspot factory which is now the Bisleri factory at Parle. Sigh! Good Times.

2. Smile by Lily Allen

3. Our Song by Taylor Swift

4. Dolly Parton's version of Jolene

5. Castles in the Air by Don McLean

6. Mrs. Robinson by Simon & Garfunkel

7. Almost Lover by A Fine Frenzy

And no there is no recurring theme unifying the playlist, please don't waste your time looking for one.
